I have had several bags of beans from this company. I have yet to be disappointed. It’s not everyday that one receives a premium product and you know the money you spend is going to a good cause here in America.

I love this brew - It’s so smooth, with very subtle hints of almond. This is the perfect coffee for a late afternoon break. Oh am I also love the packaging and feel happy to see it sitting on my counter!

Can't beat home roasted coffee for a good cause. And the flavor and aroma is nothing like Starbucks. It's way better! I went through my bag of beans in a flash. Cannot wait to buy more.

After a particularly stressful, trying day I came home, checked the mail and found my latest shipment of coffee from Los Compos. It made me so happy! After a much needed good night’s sleep I woke up, and after shaking the cobwebs loose I remembered that I had a fresh, new bag of Mexico Organic Chiapas San Cristobal waiting for me. I opened that beautiful bag of coffee, ground a good amount of those dark fragrant beans in my brand new coffee grinder and brewed myself what I consider one of the richest, most delicious, satisfying cups of coffee I’ve ever tasted.
It was pure bliss! I love this coffee SO MUCH!!

Nostalgic in a beautiful way, the smell of this rich coffee took me back to my hometown,
Guadalajara. Los Compas Coffee is delectable. The balance is so good it would be a sin to alter the clean taste with creamer or sugar. Roasted to perfection!

If you're not a morning person, this coffee will make you want to become one. As a parent of a young child, I tend to guzzle my coffee. Now, I look forward to my morning ritual of a pour over cup of Brazil, sipped slowly with a splash of milk. I love how fruity and full-bodied this coffee is. This bean is as tasty as the packaging is beautiful. The bag's bold design and bright colors will cheer you up - a welcome change from the what you'd expect from those hyper minimalist, small roaster coffee shops that overpopulate major cities. I look forward to trying the other blends!

I’m really enjoying this Mexico variety of your wonderful coffee! I love opening the bag and taking a nice deep breath before I scoop out the beans for my morning brew because they smell so good. And the taste is divine. It’s smooth and rich with a nice aftertaste, not at all bitter or too acidic. I really can taste the delicate notes of cocoa, molasses and cinnamon. It is a splendid cup of coffee and I’m excited to get up in the morning to brew another pot!

Love the flavor of this bean and roast. I usually buy big-brand Colombian beans from my local supermarket. But this is the bean and roast that made me see the light! Will be buying some bags as gifts to convert others.
