Guadalajara. Los Compas Coffee is delectable. The balance is so good it would be a sin to alter the clean taste with creamer or sugar. Roasted to perfection!

I’m really enjoying this Mexico variety of your wonderful coffee! I love opening the bag and taking a nice deep breath before I scoop out the beans for my morning brew because they smell so good. And the taste is divine. It’s smooth and rich with a nice aftertaste, not at all bitter or too acidic. I really can taste the delicate notes of cocoa, molasses and cinnamon. It is a splendid cup of coffee and I’m excited to get up in the morning to brew another pot!
