Some coffees smell so good green. I knew this was one of them the second I opened the bag, and those strong earthy, chocolatey smells wafted up my nose. These dense, organic, waxy beans guided a darker, more well-developed roast.

Roasted to 2nd crack, this bean offers a full-bodied cup with thick molasses and sweet baked goods as its foundation. With notes of cinnamon and cacao, and a long malty finish, this dark roast is sure to awaken your mind, body, and spirit. Great for espresso!

Pure bliss

After a particularly stressful, trying day I came home, checked the mail and found my latest shipment of coffee from Los Compos. It made me so happy! After a much needed good night’s sleep I woke up, and after shaking the cobwebs loose I remembered that I had a fresh, new bag of Mexico Organic Chiapas San Cristobal waiting for me. I opened that beautiful bag of coffee, ground a good amount of those dark fragrant beans in my brand new coffee grinder and brewed myself what I consider one of the richest, most delicious, satisfying cups of coffee I’ve ever tasted.
It was pure bliss! I love this coffee SO MUCH!!
