Some coffees smell so good green. I knew this was one of them the second I opened the bag, and those strong earthy, chocolatey smells wafted up my nose. These dense, organic, waxy beans guided a darker, more well-developed roast.

Roasted to 2nd crack, this bean offers a full-bodied cup with thick molasses and sweet baked goods as its foundation. With notes of cinnamon and cacao, and a long malty finish, this dark roast is sure to awaken your mind, body, and spirit. Great for espresso!
