Brazil "Super Fine"

I bought this Brazilian coffee on a whim, and it's become one of my favorites because of the smells that come up while roasting. As it darkens up, this roast smells like a vanilla chocolate baked bread with a hint of tobacco. Especially good for espresso, when brewed this dark roast has notes of walnut, brown sugar, and black cherry. "Super Fine" indeed!
